Pantry Transformation- Before
"Stacy and Shona came over and organized my pantry in 2 hours flat. So appreciate how thorough and organized they were. Now when I open the doors, I know exactly where to find everything. Great job!" Lauren

"Years of mess - years of burden and stress! Stacy and Shona graciously walked me through the piles, boxes and totes from three different moves and brought me through to a freedom I haven’t known in over 23 years! These two go above and beyond - always with a smile and encouragement! This is the best thing I’ve done for myself in years! There are no two better people to share this journey with than Shona and Stacy!!! " Becky
Mess to Success helped my real estate client prepare his home for sale. I arranged the staging and decluttering consultation, and my client chose to hire them to help him pre-pack and declutter. Not only was their work amazing, they had such care and respect for my client! I am Hope George, Realtor, and I recommend Mess to Success HIGHLY!
"In one afternoon, Shona helped me sort, organize, and label what I used to call "our disaster room." We threw out four bags of trash, completely organized my craft closet, and organized shelving in preparation for a year of starting homeschool. Shona gave me confidence to get rid of things I no longer need. She has a knack for knowing what things to throw out, how to categorize things, and how to efficiently store things. She had practical suggestions for storage, and came armed with bins and a label maker. I'm excited to use this room more, now that it is so functional!
I highly recommend Mess to Success! " Abigail
"It was time to downsize and make a move from Texas to Virginia. The task was daunting for my husband and me. I was overwhelmed with the idea of purging my large home and preparing for less storage in my new home. The "Mess to Success" Team was there from beginning to end. 14 trips to the thrift store, 1 truckload to the dump and many donations later I can say that I do not miss anything.
Best of all, every room was staged to perfection and the house sold in 16 days.
Their expertise, encouragement and helping hands made a smooth transition for us." JoJo

Shona- A devoted mom to 2 sons and 3 beautiful adopted daughters from China. My husband served in the US Navy for 20 years which meant 17 moves, 7 of which were across the country. Between the homeschooling, adoptions, and the difficult moves, I could no longer “wing it” any longer, and that is when my journey in organizing began. I have become an expert in frugality, downsizing and decluttering and have taken a recent interest in minimalism as we approach retirement age!I have a passion to assist the aging as they downsize from their family homes to their place of retirement as we have done for members of our own family. I have used my expertise to help many people bring order to their lives and homes, which also reduces stress...thus improving health!
Stacey- A Homeschool mom of 4, including a set of identical twin boys whose entrance into the world required some creative systems and that’s when I read my first book on organizing! I’ve restored order from 10 home relocations including several downsizes and 2 state to state moves..and in the process, I’ve grown to enjoy changing houses into fully functioning and peaceful homes. My husband and I founded and currently run the Mercy Mall of Virginia, which is a local ministry serving anyone in need. This gives us plenty of opportunity to discover solutions for all facets of a small business and a 10,000 square foot facility. I was certified in 2011 in Client-Focused Organizing and have worked with all ages and stages as well as all levels of messes...from sprucing up kitchen and pantries to extreme accumulation and collecting.
